Booking

Your wedding date is officially reserved once a signed agreement has been received and the required retainer has been paid.

Payments

Wedding photography collections begin at $3,500, with custom collections available based on your wedding and coverage needs.

Remaining balances must be paid according to the payment schedule outlined in your agreement.

Custom Collections

Custom packages are available for:

• Multi-day weddings

• Cultural weddings

• Destination weddings

• Additional photography or videography coverage

Travel

Travel within the agreed service area is included where applicable.

Additional travel expenses may apply for destination weddings or locations outside the standard service area.

Copyright

Hope Thompson Photography retains the copyright to all photographs and videos.

Clients receive personal usage rights for printing, sharing, and enjoying their images.

Images may not be sold, altered, or used commercially without written permission.

Image Delivery

Final galleries and films are delivered digitally.

Delivery timelines may vary depending on the season, wedding size, and selected collection.

REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

Because wedding dates are reserved exclusively for each couple, all retainers are non-refundable.

If your wedding date changes, every effort will be made to accommodate the new date based on availability.

Any cancellations after services have been reserved are subject to the terms outlined in your signed agreement.

If unforeseen circumstances beyond our control prevent us from providing services, every reasonable effort will be made to provide a suitable replacement or alternative solution whenever possible.
